Worth the buy!Jun 28, 2009
By A. Hoopfer I try and take good care of my jewelry, this includes keeping it clean. With the jewelry jet steam cleaner my jewelry stays clean longer and sparkles more. Not to mention it's better for your settings than a sonic cleaner. Only thing it's missing is a fill line to know how much water you have left in it but I'm still very happy with this product.

My New Favorite ToyMay 06, 2009
By Pooky This thing is great! Easy to set up, use, and clean. The results are FABULOUS. Everyone comments on my sparkly jewelry. I soak my jewelry in Windex, then clean with a baby toothbrush. Then I use this guy to blast away all the grime, and I'm left with beautiful jewelry that sparkles, shimmers and shines.

Didn't work and awkward to use; other than THAT...Mar 08, 2012
By SRT Had no effect on large citrine, which stayed cloudy no matter how much I steamed it. (Worked OK with diamonds.) Also, the cup-and-basket assembly had a tendency to jump out of the slot in the base, which should have had a higher rim to hold the assembly in place better. And the tweezers are nice to have, but it's very difficult to hold, e.g., a ring without the ring spinning around or sliding down one of the tines. Overall, a lot of money to spend for a product that doesn't work on all jewelry and is awkward to use.

Cheap and DefectiveFeb 10, 2012
By JZ Product arrived and was defective (did not produce steam). Product appeared to be very light and cheap construction. Also of note, this product is not automatic. It requires pushing the steam button while holding your jewelry under the nozzle with forceps. If that doesn't appeal to you, suggest an ultrasonic cleaner instead.
