Blazin' Blends - Memphis Style is a great dry seasoning that I end up using on everything..
This rub is very simple, basically salt, chili powder, red pepper, celery, garlic, and it doesn't have any of the stand-out flavors (ginger) or unbalanced spices (too sweet/too tart) that ruin a rub for me, this is pure and simple barbeque rub flavored like barbeque should be flavored.
I use this alone as a dry rub, or as a base that I add different spices to complement certain meats. This works great by itself on beer-butt chicken and baby back ribs, I add a bit of pepper to a nice Tri-tip, and add some more garlic to a rib-eye, all the while spreading this rub liberally!
If you can get this, buy two jars!

We had been looking all over SA for this product for over a year ago, had tried several different "Memphis Style" blends, but nothing compares to the Blazin Blends!
Product arrived on time & in perfect shape.
