Not great, but worth the priceMay 20, 2012

I mainly bought this because you can dim it by rotating the on/off knob. You can't dim it down that much until it turns off, and then it stays a 'mid' brightness till the last bit when it jumps to super bright, so not that effective as a dimmer. The light from it is distorted too, I guess because the glass it shines through is of poor quality. Despite all that, I didn't pay much for it and it does get some interest from company, so probably worth the price.
