Good flashlightDec 08, 2011
By Cookdaddy This is a great flashlight at a reasonable price. It is well made and ruggedly made. The light is very white and brilliant.
High PerformanceMay 16, 2012
By Dan Asher I didn't buy this flashlight from Amazon, although I wish that I had; the price was around $15 higher where I opted to buy from. That aside, I am extremely happy with the Army Nebo Tac-180. It has superb illumination on both the high and low settings, and the ruggedness of the torch is comparible to many higher-end, and far more expensive, products.
I was skeptical of it's capabilities at first; but after my very first nightshift, any skepticism I had before using it was totally gone. It performed like a champ.
Cons: It would be nice if it were a bit sleeker and had a belt or pocket clip attachment. Even a clip-on belt pouch would be better than nothing.
Pros: Aside from those mentioned in the first two paragraphs, the Nebo Tac-180 has a glow-in-the-dark rear selector button that is easy to operate. I have yet to have occasion to use it's two additional features: the strobe or SOS features, but while function testing them I observed that they operated quite well.
This, despite it's U.S. Army and Army Strong logos on opposite sides of the handle, is a no-nonsense, high-performance flashlight that is every bit as impressive as many of it's more expensive competitors. Very good buy!
Great flashlight!! You get what you pay for...Apr 09, 2012
By Brett M. Pros: Very Very bright, strobe effect, low power light and S.O.S. morse code blinking. Very solid build metal. Perfect for camping flashlight. Cons: Doesn't come with case to store it in or lens cover.
In my opinion, much better than maglight and you dont have to get the huge D batteries. Just 3 AA's.

"you should know"
I bought this flashlight without a lot of consideration, and now I love it. It's realatively small, much cheaper than other high output lights, and pretty rugged.
