This product arrived really fast. I've been using it for years but they don't sell it where I live.
Use it on almost everythingDec 12, 2012

I have been using this product for over thirty years. It is slightly spicy but not extremely so. Brings any dish you feel looks and tastes good but is just missing something up, as they say. Just add a tablespoon of this. Works!
A Great addition to the cabinet....Apr 11, 2012

In response to "...too salty..." - I'd say less salty than 'seasoned salt' and more than Cavender's Greek Seasoning (another favorite). As implied elsewhere, unless you've been avoiding salt or are adding salt in prep, this will be fine for most.
I've found this better than "Slap yo Mamma" and many other popular Creole seasonings, and surprisingly great to ~Flavor Up~ bland soups or pasta dishes. Not a blowtorch, just some kick and flavor.
Go for it!
Salty but Zesty - add to salt free seasoning for good combo!Mar 11, 2012
I combined this seasoning with Spike salt-free seasoning in order to reduce the salt content. I sprinkled the combination on salmon with pats of coconut oil and broiled the salmon - very tasty, moist and flavorful! I also used it with sauteed spinach, garlic, onions, tomatoes, Better than Bouillon organic mushroom, basil, asiago and parmesan cheese tossed with bucatini pasta and it livened up the sauce and gave it a spicy kick. I happened to find one package of this seasoning at Dollar Tree. It isn't a regular item there.
Cannot live without it...Sep 10, 2011

I have been using this for years. Yes, it is a little salty just do not add additional salt to your dish this has enough in it. If that is a issue they offer a salt-free version. I use that one as well. Great product. I use it in everything. Don't let the reviewer above keep you from giving this a try. It adds a kick to tomato sauce to chili and just plain old eggs in the morning.
