AwfulJan 10, 2010
By Lauren Hauptman How dare they call this book "Make Ahead" when there are no make-ahead recipes. Aside from a handful of obvious freezable foods (didn't need ANOTHER mac-and-cheese recipe, thanks), there aren't even make-ahead TIPS for the rest. A complete waste of money if you're looking for something to make more than a few hours before serving.
great cookbook seriesJun 17, 2011
By baggani These William-Sonoma cookbooks are fantastic. Recipes are clear and easy for the average person to understand. Photos make the dishes all the more appetizing. Any book in this series is worthwhile to own. You will definitely find the inner chef in yourself.
