If you enjoy experimenting with desserts and trying new flavors william sonoma has the book for you. After renting this from my library for the second time I needed a copy for myself. There are so many nice recipes in here, I can not remember them all and couldn't keep waiting to for the next time to rent it. I am very pleased with this book. There is a recipe for sweet corn ice cream, pralines stuffed pears, Brown Butter Pound cake with strawberry - rhubarb compote, fruits baked with liqueuers for the grown up dessert and so many more, bedecked with beautiful colored photos for the visual cook. Enjoy.
