This was top of Christmas list and he loves it also got another one and they go together, lots of fun playing alone or with another dinosaur lovin kid. Great toy.

I'm a bit late to the party - this item was bought on clearance at Wal-Mart. But there seems to be a lack of clear information about these toys. Before I opened the package, I thought the advertised "DNA Extraction Tool" was some kind of key that popped the pieces apart so that you could "mix and match to create your own dinosaur!" In actuality, in small print, the instructions say that only the heads and tails pop off. I had been pulling pretty hard on the legs to get them off. Good thing I finally read the instructions.
As an interactive toyline, these are pretty limited. It's still unclear to me what the DNA tool actually does. But as moderately detailed, attractive dinosaur sculpts, they're actually kind of nice.
The neck joint on the figure I bought was weak straight out of the package, so its head sits lopsided after any amount of play. I don't know if this is common or a QC issue.

THESE TOYS ARE NO LONGER able to be played online. I feel RIPPED OFF, and my child was VERY disappointed.
